Thunder Bay and Waterloo will resume play at 11:05 a.m., take a half-an-hour break and play the first half of a scheduled doubleheader, which they'll complete on Wednesday night.
The Thunder Bay Border Cats and Waterloo Bucks might find it a tad exhausting.
The Border Cats led the Bucks 1-0 at the time the game was stopped, after Cole Ketzner hit a fly ball to right with no out and the bases loaded in the first inning, scoring Lucas Terilli from third after Waterloo starter Brendon Carter walked the first three batters he faced. Julian Parson hadn’t allowed a hit, walking two and hitting one before getting out of a bases loaded jam with two outs in the first.
