BC Conservative Leader John Rustad says he’s expressing “shock” about a video showing open drug use outside of a local business in Port Alberni.
Rustad had strong words to describe the video, as party leaders reach the end of the first week of their B.C. election campaigns. “Eby’s drug dens, free drugs, and crack pipe dispensaries have turned our streets into dangerous zones where families no longer feel safe. It’s time to shut them down and clean up our communities,” he said.A concerned parent in Port Alberni shared this video with us today. This is the new normal under the radical BC NDP and David Eby’s weak leadership. On Thursday, the NDP’s Mike Farnworth called the video “disturbing” and that open drug use should not be permitted.
