The B.C. SPCA is recommending animal cruelty charges by laid against the person who dumped two day-old kittens in a Vancouver dumpster last month.
The SPCA transferred the kittens to an emergency clinic for treatment of hypothermia and dehydration, but they did not survive. “While we cannot share further details at this time, we can confirm that we have identified the individual responsible and will be recommending charges to Crown counsel,” said Drever,
