An armed man killed at least four people and wounded four others in the western Montenegrin city of Cetinje. Police identified the shooter as 45-year-old A.M. and said he was still on the run. The shooting took place in a bar and prompted three days of mourning declared by Montenegro's Prime Minister Milojko Spajic.
