Thankfully American Express recognizes the many sacrifices that active duty military members make for our country and offer them a number of great perks along with a waived annual fee for the Platinum Card.
Military service members often travel commercially, and thanks to the Fly America Act and a requirement to book their travel through the DoD, they’ll often find themselves flying on a legacy carrier like Delta. With your card, you’ll have access to Delta’s vast network of SkyClubs when you present a valid boarding pass. Access is free for the primary cardholder, and you can bring up to two guests for $29 each.
