A heartwarming story about how saving a wild orphaned otter turned into the most beautiful life changing friendship.
Billy was sitting in his house, looking over the pontoon’s edge, when he suddenly noticed the otter cub diving right in front of him.“Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to see how close I could get to it,” he recalled.
