Morning sex just got way better.
Most of us are probably guilty of being lazy in the “sack” sometimes. For days when you’re extra exhausted and just want to nap or you’re just not feeling frisky, there are lazy sex positions that will allow you to get the maximum bang for your effort. Being tired or just not very horny definitely doesn’t mean you won’t change your mind about wanting to get some action if your partner puts on the right moves.
I asked sex therapist Marissa Nelson, LMFT, about how to max-out the feel good factor in a variety of low-effort sex moves. Below, she gives her best tips for getting off during sleepy midnight delights or lazy Sunday mornings. 1. Spoons “Spoons feels amazing for heterosexual couples because the angle and position actually squeeze the penis and make it tight with each thrust,” explains Nelson.
