Seeking asylum is a very complicated process, fraught with difficulties, so having expert resources makes a big difference for asylum seekers. When Colin migrated to the U.S. from Iraq via Syria in 2011, he wasn’t aware of any resources for members of the LGBTQ community who sought asylum in his new home.
