A 19\u002Dyear\u002Dold woman is charged with second\u002Ddegree murder in the death of a teenager gunned down at a bush party in southwest London last weekend.

Altmann is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Josue Silva, 18, a Western University business student who was. She’s also charged with assault with a weapon for an alleged attack on another man on the same night Silva was killed.
