15 inspiring finalists for 'Best Photo of the Year' Agora Awards:

For the past nine months, photographers from around the world have submitted their pictures to compete for the title of “Best Photo of the Year” and the $25,000 prize.

"The AGORA Awards 2019 is an international show that anyone, anywhere, can join in,” said Octavi Royo, AGORA images's CEO and Founder. “We're proposing something completely new and we want everyone to participate because we believe everyone's point of view is important. Watching, participating, voting: Together we can change the course of photography."

The Agora app is free and has gained “a global photography community with more than 3.5 million users from 193 countries,” according to its statement. Every week, Agora users participate in international photography contests around one of 52 annual hashtags on universal themes #Fun, #Love or #Work, and vote for the best photos. The prizes include cash, from $1,000 to $25,000, and photo gear.
