Police in Upper Merion Twp., Montgomery County are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 11-month-old boy.
The child, Rakim Rowe, was last seen with his father, Rakim Brown-Rowe, in the area of Moore Road in Upper Merion Twp. around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.An advisory from Pennsylvania state police say the child may be at "special risk of harm or injury."A clothing description for his father wasn't available.
