Christina Iacoucci will continue to serve as Canadian Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner for the firm's business in Canada. Formerly a Special Advisor at rennie, Jennifer Podmore Russell is replacing Shayne Ramsay, who parted ways with Nch’ḵay̓ after an investigation into his time at BC Housing. Myers, the current CEO at the Ottawa Real Estate Board, brings with her more than 20 years of real estate leadership experience. She will replace interim CEO Debra Cowan.

Brad Caco joined Bentall Kennedy in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Development before the company later merged with GreenOak Real Estate. While 2024 was off to a slow start for new home sales, experts remain confident in a market return later this year. Rob Kumer is currently Chief Investment Officer for KingSett Capital and will take over as Chief Executive Officer in January.
