The Premier says Mr. Clarke, who is also Minister for Highways and Public Works, is in a Vancouver hospital and is hopeful he will make a full recovery. Until Mr. Clarke is ready to return to work, Richard Mostyn will be acting minister of highways and public works and John Streicker will be acting minister of environment.
