Also that RCMP commissioner Lucki felt all police methods to deal with the protest had not been exhausted before the act was invoked.
The final report comes down to Judge Rouleau, a long-term Liberal supporter. Teflon Trudeau likely has no major worries about what that report will find.As the Emergencies Act inquiry wrapped up, most Canadians were reassured to hear that the prime minister felt “serene” in his decision to impose a quasi-war-measures-type act on the population.
