SFU is hosting the only training session Burnaby basketball fans can attend as the team gears up for its Vancouver exhibition match.

The Toronto Raptors will be training in Burnaby in the days leading up to its 2023 pre-season game in Vancouver on Oct. 8.

Simon Fraser University is set to welcome "We The North" to its West Gym at the Burnaby campus on Oct. 6 for an evening practice. Net proceeds are earmarked for the SFU Athletics General Fund, which supports its varsity teams and programs each year.
