Preston karaoke bar to hold auditions for The Voice UK next week and how you can sign up
Lancashire, those nights of dreaming about singing behind four chairs and waiting for Jennifer Hudson to press a buzzer might just come to an end. As ITV's The Voice prepares to make a comeback, one Preston karaoke bar has been roped in to hold open auditions next week.
They're looking for solo artists, duos, trios and vocal groups to hit the stage with a backing track from 7pm onwards and its an evening owner Des says he's incredibly excited for.Des told LancsLive: "UK Voice approached us and said they'd been following us for a while on Facebook and looking at our posts, especially around the karaoke we do there.
He added: "We're the only people in Preston doing it, there's nowhere else in Preston. I've been told its only Manchester and Liverpool hosting."
