Three carjackings in Markham in the past week are believed to have been committed by the same bandits.

When the victim exited his car, cops say he was quickly approached by the driver and passenger of the other vehicle. Both were wearing ski masks and dressed all in black. One of the carjackers extended a baton and demanded the keys to the victim’s car.Investigators believe the same crooks, operating a black BMW SUV, were involved in two other similar carjackings within the last week.
A suspect is described as white male with black hair, about 20 years old, with a skinny build, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, wearing a black hoodie.On Thursday at about 11:10 p.m., a victim’s black Mercedes is believed to have been targeted by the same carjackers in the area of Rinas Ave. and Beaverbrae Dr.
