Students have medical insurance, a $200 monthly stipend, and support from American Councils. • 15 year old Omri from Israel is passionate about music – particularly classical and jazz – and loves collecting records. Omri enjoys playing soccer, chess, and table tennis with his friends. In the US, Omri hopes to join band and debate club, celebrate Thanksgiving and Halloween, and go to a jazz concert. He is excited to make new friends!
• Ariba from Pakistan is “an enthusiastic person who loves to do adventurous things!” Ariba loves animals, sports, and cooking with her family. During her exchange year, Ariba can’t wait to meet people from different cultures and hopes to join school clubs .
