Many expect July to be our planet's warmest month in history; meanwhile, little ole' Sault Ste. Marie will come in near-normal temperatures, possibly slightly cooler than average. Our daytime highs in July were right on the 30-year climatological norm, but our overnight lows were a little cooler than usual.

However, the rain fell in isolated pockets this past month, so many locations saw much less rainfall than the city, and others saw much more.Monday will be mostly sunny, with temperatures near 24°C. We will see a few clouds and the slight risk of an isolated shower in the evening with isolated showers here and there, but most locations will remain dry.
Sunshine returns Tuesday as daytime highs climb to 26°C. Wednesday brings a mix of sun and cloud with a risk of late-day showers as temperatures hit 27°C. Thursday continues unsettled with a chance of rain and storms, but a few sunny breaks will still help daytime highs reach 27°C again.Today's daily weather discussion is available here.
