In October 2016, WorkRamp acquired Y-Combinator backed Prelude, prompting Forbes Under 30 honorees Safar and Garland to join the founding team., the San Francisco employee onboarding and training platform, announced today that it has raised an $8 million Series A, led by University of California-backed Bow Capital. Initialized Capital, Susa Ventures and the Slack Fund also participated in the round.
"We’ve noticed that we’re starting to move past that early adopters phase and are moving into attracting the more traditional laggers," cofounder and CEO Ted Blosser told Forbes. "What it’s showing us is that the same pain points go across the new cutting-edge companies as the traditional companies."
