A dog owner has been left distraught after her pet was stolen by a fake Good Samaritan while she was having a heart attack.
Kat has had Jessie since she was a puppy, having got her as a rescue dog.
Jessie’s front legs are bowed. She is neutered and chipped and the details are registered correctly to Kat.An online appeal has been launched on Facebook called Find Wee Jessie. It reads: ‘We believe the blond haired man has her dog.
