“The passerby, acting in good faith and following the direction of what he thought was a police officer, pushed the female on the bicycle,” said Const. Mansoor Sahak.Investigators know the identity of the man who claimed to be a police officer, said Sahak. But they are looking to talk to the man who pushed the woman off the bike and to witnesses who saw the incident and had interacted with the fake officer.
