Police say the woman and the victim got into an altercation where the women stabbed the victim, and then set fire to an apartment unit.Police said the woman, who is from Toronto, was arrested a short time later. She was scheduled to appear in bail court on Saturday morning.On Friday, Toronto Fire said smoke was visible when they arrived on scene. Crews put out a fire in a unit on the fifth floor and removed two people. One was on the balcony and the other was inside, they said.
