DENVER, Colorado — A woman attending a Kenny Chesney concert Saturday died when she fell from an escalator inside the stadium where Chesney was performing, police say.says the woman, whose identity has not been released, was sitting on the railing of the escalator in Empower Field at Mile High when she fell to the concourse below. The death is being investigated as an accident, police say.

A statement from the stadium’s management company says it is cooperating with police in the investigation into the death. “We extend our deepest sympathies to the loved ones of the woman involved in the tragic incident that occurred at the end of Saturday’s concert,” the statement says.
