West Shore RCMP arrested a 38-year-old woman after a break-in at a garden centre at Canadian Tire in Langford early Tuesday.
RCMP watched the woman loading plants onto the back of her bicycle. She fled on foot and was caught by police after a brief chase through the parking lot.
