A 21-year-old woman was arrested early Sunday after police say she fatally struck a pedestrian while driving under the influence in Pleasant Grove. Officers determined that a driver later identified as Morgan Neal was northbound in the 2700 block of South Buckner Boulevard, near Hume Drive, at about 2 a.m. when she struck a man crossing the street, according to police.Police said the man, who was not in a crosswalk, died at the scene. His identity has not been publicly released, pending notification of next of kin.
