A San Antonio woman was arrested Wednesday in connection with the alleged Valentine’s Day kidnapping of her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend.
The woman who was taken told police that she had just parked her car in her apartment’s garage on Feb. 14 when a Nissan SUV stopped in front of her and a man wearing a ski mask got out, according to an affidavit supporting Hendrix’s arrest. The man, whom police did not name, approached her with a gun in his hand, demanding money.
While they were driving, the man took the woman’s cellphone and handed it to Hendrix, who used it to text the boyfriend that the woman taken wanted to break up with him, the affidavit said.
