Woman, 24, pleads not guilty in suspected DUI crash in downtown San Diego that killed passenger [Breaking]
The 24-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI after the 3 a.m. rollover crash on First Avenue near West B Street, police said
“This was her best friend,” defense attorney Edward Esqueda told the judge. “She is emotionally distraught and suffering.”According to Klee, investigators believe Quintero drove to San Diego on Feb. 5, and spent time at bars in downtown San Diego.
