Wolves are expected to lean towards the appointment of Graham Potter ahead of David Moyes should they decide to sack Gary O’Neil.
This comes amid growing pressure on O’Neil’s position, with Wolves still winless after ten Premier League games as they sit at the bottom of the table. However, he has now expressed his view that the former West Ham boss’ reputation means the club could lean in favour of Potter. Now, the Wolves board are said to be keen to keep fans on side after many have begun to turn on O’Neil, who was booed and jeered during the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
