Forecasters with the National Weather Service will begin falling later this morning. By 5 p.m., temps will be near freezing and wind chills will make it feel like it’s in the mid-20s. Oh, and there will be strong winds as well, with gusts up to 35 mph. It’s a mix that’s resulted in the Weather Service issuing a winter weather advisory for Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina and Summit counties.
