Cars make their way down Preston Street in Ottawa's Little Italy neighbourhood on Nov. 16, 2022. Environment Canada is warning drivers of a potential five to 10 cm of snowfall on Sunday. Rain is forecast to become snow as colder air moves into the region. The snow, at times heavy, will continue through the day before slowly tapering off Sunday evening.
The weather agency said it expects reduced visibility at times and recommends considering postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve, as well as being careful when traveling in affected areas.
