Bragg Creek residents braved the cold Saturday to raise money for a local hot-spot.

The second annual Winter in the Woods festival was held inside -- out of -- of the hamlet's community centre.

"It's an amazing opportunity for us to come out and meet our neighbours in Bragg Creek and just to celebrate the season," resident Terri-Lynn Duque added. Almost 2,000 people showed up for the first iteration of the festival, and their donations helped update and maintain the rink and its fencing.
