With the unofficial start of summer just weeks away, some officials worry that the warmer weather will tempt many into taking part in summer activities, leading to hampered efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus across the board -- and it’s already happening.that were open in Orange County despite pleas from state and local leaders to stay home.
