The forest fire season in Ontario, Canada, is expected to come to an end with the last remaining wildfire being brought under control. The province's Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Services agency reported no new wildfires on Monday, and the wildland fire hazard is now low in the Northwest region. This season has seen over 4,400 square kilometers of forested areas burned across the province.
