With one week until Election Day, the candidates in the Houston mayoral race held a final debate.
According to the latest campaign finance reports, John Whitmire spent $3.3 million to Gilbert Garcia's $1.9 million and Sheila Jackson Lee's $1.1 million.
Whitmire and Garcia are the only candidates who have spent more than $1 million on any previous campaign spending report.
