The man accused of killing Isabel Celis, 6, will not be assigned a new judge, after the court rejected his claim of bias against the current judge. Christopher Clements was charged in 2018 with the separate kidnappings and killings of Isabel Celis and 13-year-old Maribel Gonzalez.
