The Equal Rights Amendment has been passed by 37 states — but constitutional amendments need to be passed by 38 states. Does that mean we could have a new constitutional amendment sometime soon? It’s complicated.

Given the existing disparity of access and opportunities, in order for there to be true equality, I believe both men and women must take proactive and meaningful steps to ensure equity and inclusivity in all aspects of business, from the starting point to the subsequent journey ahead.
