What to do if someone in your household contracts COVID-19
It's scary if someone in your household tests positive for COVID-19. But it's not necessarily the end of the world.testing is becoming more widely available in much of the country, it should — at least theoretically — be easier for us to know who’s contracted the virus.
If the sick person is your spouse or partner, leave them the bed and go sleep on the couch. If it’s a roommate or a kid, make sure they stay in their bedroom and don’t venture into shared spaces like living rooms.
