'It started as a couple a few months ago but has grown to this many'
Every day I walk past the National Museum of Women in the Arts on NY Ave NW and see these random shirts/jackets stapled to the ground.
It started as a couple a few months ago but has grew to this many – I guess I don’t mind them but they get kind of gross and soggy in the rain? And I’m just not understanding the point of these. Maybe I’m missing something. I know they’re doing construction but are these supposed to make walking over the constructed walkway easier?
Also these are nice shirts/jackets! Why are they being wasted? Is it like a game or something? I’m at a loss.”
