All Food Basics grocery stores in Ottawa will be closed. Smiths Falls and Brockville locations will be open.The Whole Foods at Lansdowne Park will be open. While the Rideau Centre will be open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Monday, several other malls in Ottawa will be closed. OC Transpo buses and the Confederation Line will run on a normal weekday schedule.Para Transpo recurring trips are automatically cancelled. The reservation line will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the cancellations line will be open from 6 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.311 will be only taking urgent calls.
