While the Rideau Centre will be open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Monday, several other malls in Ottawa will be closed. OC Transpo buses and the Confederation Line will run on a normal weekday schedule.Para Transpo recurring trips are automatically cancelled. The reservation line will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the cancellations line will be open from 6 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.311 will be only taking urgent calls.
