10 Cuyahoga County homes sold for at least $1.5 million in July
2103 Lands End Lane in Westlake sold for $2.5 million in December, and one of four homes that sold for more than $1 million in the city for the month.CLEVELAND, Ohio — The third $3 million home of 2024 in Cuyahoga County, this time in Westlake , was sold in July. The $3.5 million sale also takes the spot for the highest home sale in the county in 2024 so far.
Nine additional homes sold for at least $1.5 million in July.
