Is MAGA the logical outcome of 20th-century evangelicalism? To answer that, look to the aesthetics of the pro-Trump faction within the Christian right, not just its politics or faith

This aesthetic project is supremely important because, as Mr. Moore himself pointed out, what really matters are.
