HOUSTON, Texas --

Saturday's soggy weather is causing road trouble after multiple crashes were reported in the morning, two of which were deadly.Houston TranStarAll southbound lanes are open after being closed for hours due to the wreck, according to the Houston Police Department.Houston police confirmed one person was killed, and another went to the hospital from a wreck on the East Loop at Clinton Drive.All lanes have been re-opened as crews worked to clear the scene of the wreck.
