Tech firm launched High Court action last year after it was ordered to pay €20,000 for blocking a water pipe in rented Dartry property

Web Summit has told the High Court that disposing of coffee grinds down a kitchen sink does not necessarily constitute abnormal use as part of a case it is taking to overturn a Residential Tenancies Board decision.

The technology and events company also alleged that the RTB failed to make a determination on whether the kitchen sink was used in a normal fashion.
