A hot few days ahead ☀️
Northern Ireland is set for very warm and sunny spells over The Twelfth celebrations. It's set to be dry with bright spells on Monday, July 11 with a maximum temperature of 25C as preparations begin.
The Met Office said: "Any low cloud along the east coast will clear during the morning. Otherwise, a dry and very warm day with bright spells but also a lot of high cloud at times. Freshening southerly winds along the Down coast later." It's then set to be a "dry and warm evening but thicker cloud and outbreaks of rain will spread eastwards overnight". The forecaster added: "Rain perhaps turning heavy for a time. A breezy and very mild night. Minimum temperature 15C."It will be a mostly cloudy morning with outbreaks of rain on The Twelfth. Drier and brighter conditions reaching western counties later in the morning then spreading to all parts in the afternoon.
And for the outlook for Wednesday to Friday, the Met Office said: "Bright spells and showers on Wednesday with brisk westerly winds. Mainly dry and bright on Thursday with lighter winds.
