She floated the idea that it could be the site of a casino if state legislators expand gambling in Texas. Evans also said residents are concerned about apartment density in the district and questioned whether Schultz “has their back.
“One of the things that I have learned from this is that you can’t always believe the owner that they are going to do something about it,” she said.
