We put AldiUK Strawberry & Lime cider up against a bottle of KopparbergUK 👀
With the scorching weather this weekend - we think it's time for a nice cool glass of cider, don't you?
How the packaging compares It comes as no surprise that the Aldi Strawberry & Lime cider looks extremely similar to the Kopparberg version. It's in the same shaped bottle with the same dark brown bottle colour. The label states what flavour it is with some fruity imagery, but if we're being totally honest, it doesn't look as professional as Kopparberg's offering.
Kopparberg's bottle instantly conjures up memories of summers spent in beer gardens, without a care in the world. Plus, it just looks that bit classier than Aldi's version. Kopparberg's cider is, in our humble opinion, the taste of summer. It's the perfect balance of sweet without being sickly and there's no bitterness or overly strong aftertaste, like you get with some ciders. It's the perfect amount of fizziness and we just can't imagine getting through the impending heatwave without a few glasses.
