14-year-old Lizy Martinez-Estrada has been missing since Aug. 8.

, Martinez-Estrada is at risk due to her age. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater and ripped jeans near the 2700 block on 77th avenue in Oakland around 3:30 p.m.

Why are you only sending out this info now? It's been known about since at least August 20th,” wrote @joeltena, linking to the account“3 weeks she’s been gone? we can do better,” added @LisaLamagna.
