Daley, who is originally from nearby St. Joseph’s, said he was keeping track of the happenings with the memorial garden and decided last Friday he had to do more. “There had already been a floating conversation about this, and that needed to be nailed down,” Daley said. “I got hold of Geoff Budden and got a commitment to try to make this happen.”
