Over the weekend, Joni Mitchell performed at the Hollywood Bowl for her first show in L.A. in more than 28 years, treating the crowd to her hits including "Big Yellow Taxi," "A Case of You" and more., and stepped away from the spotlight in 2015 following a brain aneurysm.
For her Hollywood Bowl Joni Jam, Mitchell was joined by a star-studded lineup of musicians including Elton John, Brandi Carlile, Annie Lennox, Allison Russell and more, who all cycled through a 27-song set together.reporting that "Mitchell is one of those artists who seems to speak directly to you, the listener, making sense out of your darkest days or most personal experiences.
